Abundantly Living

November 12, 2014 By admin

We live in a world that daily challenges our inner beliefs about ourselves. Based on that inner system we project ourselves to the world.

Do you struggle with feeling like you are not Enough? (Pretty Enough, Capable Enough, Smart Enough, Handsome Enough, Fast Enough, Wise Enough, Skinny Enough, Fit Enough, Attractive Enough, Young Enough, or Old Enough).

Remember back when you were a child and believed you could be and do anything?

What if the younger you had a conversation with the person you are today? How would it go?

What emotions would you feel?

The messages that society sends are limiting and they effect us daily. Many of us have even adapted the belief systems of our parents.

How can we overcome these thoughts of defeat? By learning to tune in to what is already within us. Knowing that things are working out for our good and perfect for us at all times.

6 Areas to focus on to make sure you are serving yourself well in order to live in abundance.

1.) Food – Are you eating foods that heal you or foods that poison you.

2.) Sleep – Challenge yourself to go to bed 30 min earlier than you normally do each night.

3.) Hydration – Your body is made up of 75% water so make sure you are filtering and replenishing.

4.) Exercise – Find ways to move more 2 to 3 times per week.

5.) Self Care – Treat yourself frequently to peaceful and calming activities. (Walking in nature, meditation, massages, baths, and retreats)

6.) Spiritual Awareness – Nothing outside of you will totally fulfill you. Connecting to something bigger than yourself is liberating.
